Apply for PMBIA’s Board of Directors

August 2022

This month, we have exciting news to share with you. Earlier this year, the Board of Directors voted on a succession plan as part of our resolutions at the end of 2021. Part of this plan is initiating the next Board of Directors (BOD) selection process to elect two new directors. The two outgoing directors/founders are Shannon Howard and Kelli Sherbinin, who will both transition to the Founders Advisory Committee after the January 30th, 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM). For those of you wanting to be a part of our leadership team and the strategic governance of PMBIA, now is the time for you to get your application together!
